Returns
At King Cold Pressed Oil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with returning the item. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Replacement
If you wish to replace a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
