Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is FREE for any value of the product. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 4 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
King Cold Pressed Oil is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Issues
We are very keen on choosing products, packing, and delivering them. However, in extreme conditions due to transit damages, wrong products, human errors in packing, or missing products, we are open to accepting your queries.
If you received your order damaged or if there are any issues with the quality of the products, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Cancellations
Customers are allowed to cancel their order before shipping. If you find any damage or issue with the quality or if you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you can return the goods. Products of the same value will be shipped to you again.
If a return is due to a wrong address or non-availability during delivery, you may need to pick up the delivery. Alternatively, we can deliver it again at an extra cost since we provide a free delivery offer only once per order.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
